Jennifer Roach – Director of Human Resources and Administration

Jennifer is a Colorado native who moved to the Jacksonville area in 2016. Prior to becoming the Director of Administration, she gained over 15 years of experience in various operational and human resource roles, predominantly in the restaurant and food industry. Her passion and focus are to create an efficient and desirable working environment.

Jennifer is the proud mother of two daughters. Outside of work, Jennifer devotes a lot of her free time to serving in the kids’ ministry at Celebration Church.
